The Island Arts Gallery is a welcoming and thoughtfully curated visual art space showcasing hand-crafted and locally made art.

Local artist Paula Boo brings together selected original fibre and mixed media artworks, photography, ceramics, jewellery, wood-turned pieces, textiles and unique homewares by local artists to realise the vision:

β€˜To create an inspiring and welcoming space that connects local artists with the greater community to nurture an appreciation of and respect for the Arts.’

The Island Arts Gallery is a space for visitors to enjoy, appreciate and purchase local art, and to participate in creative workshops, artist talks, demonstrations, and exhibitions.

The Island Arts Gallery, located in Goompi (Dunwich) on Minjerribah/Terangerri (North Stradbroke Island) is open every day from 9am – 2pm during school holidays and closed Tuesdays outside of holiday periods.

Come and experience this lively local arts space.

We acknowledge and pay our respects to the Traditional Custodians of this beautiful island of Minjerribah, the Quandamooka people, their Elders past and present and upcoming, and their continual connection to land, waters and community.
